A Yin /yang Yoga Sanctuary that meets every Wednesday at 11am PST for those who wish to carry the rhythm of  embodiment into daily life.  This teaching style is intuitive and from the heart, reminding us of the interconnectedness of all of life. The practice is a loving prayer, a ritual to dive deeper into the body and awaken inner wisdom. Helping people connect to their own inner knowing, remembering their Soul's journey, connecting their spirits through a peaceful, mindful practice. weaving in the guidance of the seasons, the elements, the stars, the moon and the sun,,, we meet every Wednesday on zoom at 11 am PST Temple of the Heart (Membership Sanctuary)

2 Monthly live online gathering  on Dark moon + Full Moon No walls contain this temple, for it is built of breath, woven of attention, sustained by love. This temple unfolds in two sacred rhythms, following the cycles of the moon: Dark Moon  Temple of presence  silence, resonance, remembrance A time to turn inward, to listen, to receive. Full Moon  Temple of Embodiment Ritual, movement, dance, moving prayer A time to move, express, and bring forth what wants to flow through us. Temple meets every other Monday at 7pm PST
